So I'm considering being a cake decorator. Yeah. That may explain all the cakes in my gallery. : P Anyways, so i'm just an amature. I don't have any formal training. I'VE NEVER USED FONDANT BEFORE! so please cut me some slack when you see my crappy sloppy edges and cracks! But I do start my Wilton's classes on wednesday, so I'll be an amature no longer! : D Yay! Now I can really learn to do this stuff I've been fiddling with instead of BSing my way through it from stuff I've read on the internet. : P Anyways so yeah- that's kinda what i'm up to!
